How do I configure an Addon Domain?

An addon domain is a fully functional domain that can be created from within your control panel. Think of it as having multiple hosting packages all sharing the same control panel. You can give them email addresses, forwarders, and more the same way you do for your main domain on the account.

To create / setup an addon (add-on) domain follow the instructions below:

1. Login to the control panel by going to
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
2. The left menu will have a link called Domain Management, click this.
3. Choose Manage Addon Domains
4. Below is what you would need to enter in the 3 boxes.
 - New Domain Name: The Domain you want to create (eg. Johndoe.com)
- Username/directory/subdomain name: This is the directory under the public_html that will be created. This is also a username that will be created for this addon domain.
- Password: Type a complex hard to use password here.

Thats it. Just make sure your domain name is registered and is pointing to the MM Hosting DNS nameservers.
